The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client for the role of President. The Company, which is based in Vancouver, is focused on gold and silver exploration with multiple properties in Southern Mexico and is aggressively expanding upon their project portfolio.

The Company, which is in a strong financial position, is well funded to continue further exploration and development on their projects throughout 2008.

With a strong technical and operational team already in place on the ground, the Company is seeking an experienced Geologist whom is a natural leader to execute and implement the strategic vision for the Company that is to be established by the Board.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the mining sector, and have previous experience operating at the President/Chief Executive Level. With the current management team in place, the opportunity would be best suited to an experienced geologist who would have extensive experience working within Mexico and a firm grasp on the Spanish language.

The role would require the incumbent to be based in Vancouver, and naturally, would require some travel.
