The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.
Our client is a newly established gold exploration and development company, with a highly experienced and respected Board, and $4.5M in the treasury. The Company is looking to grow through acquisitions, with the goal of eventually being a billion dollar gold producer.
Working closely with the C.E.O, the incumbent will carry out the strategic vision of the company and manage the day to day operations. The successful candidate will possess previous experience operating and leading at an executive level and will have a background in exploration, ideally within the gold sector.
The position will be based in Toronto and will include an attractive compensation package.
