Mine Manager FIF0 Haiti

The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently seeking applications on behalf of our client, a privately held mining company that recently acquired a past producing underground and open pit gold mine in Haiti that is aggressively looking to restart production.

Reporting to the President, the Incumbent will be the key professional on the ground tasked with the oversight off all staff to ensure the smooth transition back into production. With a large inventory of high-grade tailings stockpiled, the priority will be focused on processing this initially to fund ongoing mine-restart operations.

The incumbent will hold a B.Sc. in mine engineering and have 15 years of related experience, preferably tasked with working in a similar capacity.

The mine is located in Haiti and the Incumbent will work on a rotation basis that is yet to be determined.
