North American Focused Precious Metals Exploration Co

The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our Client, a North American focused precious metals explorer, for the position of Chief Executive Officer to be based out of their Vancouver head office.

The Company has acquired a portfolio of gold/silver exploration projects across North America, their flagship housing a former high-grade gold mine. A small exploration program conducted on their flagship earlier this year yielded a number of extremely high-grade intercepts and the Company is now looking to bring on a market-savvy CEO to help the Company gain prominence whilst continuing to advance their projects forward. Our Client is on strong financial footing and with renewed confidence in their flagship project, they are seeking a prominent CEO to help package the Company and push towards development.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, with a proven track record in the mining sector and a significant market following.  With past successful experience operating at the President/CEO level, or a high-level background in capital markets, the incumbent will have a recognized ability to build fundamental value by methodically moving their flagship project towards development while marketing it effectively to the investment community.
