Chief Executive Officer Emerging West African Gold Exploration and Development Company

The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The Company is an aggressive junior gold exploration company focused primarily on West Africa with offices in Vancouver and Toronto.

The Company, has acquired and developed a portfolio of advanced exploration projects and has been adding to NI 43-101 resources through recent drill programs. A fully financed , aggressive exploration program is currently underway. The Company is in a strong financial position, well funded to fuel further exploration and development on their projects.

The Company has a very solid foundation, the board consisting of “heavy weights” within the industry and their projects are along the same trend as mid cap producers.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, with a proven track record in the mining sector and a market following. Experience operating at the President/Chief Executive level is desirable. With a financial/business background, the successful candidate will have experience negotiating with joint venture partners, managing a technical team, be proficient in capital raising and be a skilled communicator.
