Chief Executive Officer Aggressive Gold Exploration and Development Co

The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The Company is an aggressive junior gold exploration and development company primarily focused in Canada.

The Company has acquired and developed a portfolio of advanced exploration projects and are coming off spectacular results from their last exploration program are pushing forward with an updated 43101 resource report in Q1, in addition to undertaking to complete a P.E.A. by H1 2013 on their flagship project. The Company itself is tightly held/well positioned with less than 50m shares outstanding and a market cap in excess of $20M. Our Client is in a strong financial position, with enough in the treasury to easily cover this years’ expected burn.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, with a proven track record in the mining sector and a significant market following. With past successful experience operating at the President/CEO level, the incumbent will have a recognized ability to build fundamental value by methodically moving their flagship project through development while marketing it effectively to the investment community.
