The Mining Recruitment Group Ltd has been retained to assist our Client, a high-profile gold development company in finding a new Chief Executive Officer to lead their multi-million ounce gold project through construction and into full-scale production.

This is a highly coveted opportunity to lead a what is already a well financed, well structured Company as they transition from the junior levels into what will be a true emerging mid-tier operation. The Incumbent will bring with them an entire career’s worth of credibility amassed from having put other high-profile projects from the development stage into full-scale operations. They will bring with them a demonstrated track record of successfully leading other high-profile development or producing mining operations and will have created immense shareholder value along the way. They will have a significant Market Following and will be the type of person that will add immediate value to our Client just by having their name associated to it.
