The Mining Recruitment Group is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are working with a precious metals exploration company that boasts a well-capitalized treasury and big-name key investors, to aid in their search to identify a new CEO as part of their succession planning. The Company and Board bring to the table a long pedigree of success of which they are looking to see continue in the hands of a new leader.

Though they bring to the table a very solid portfolio of projects, our Client is looking for an executive with the right mix of deal making savvy and exploration prowess that can continue to find high-potential opportunities in the Americas, while also adding value to current key projects located throughout Western Canada.  They’re looking for a CEO with great connections to The Street that has a successful track record in grassroots exploration that can add value to a diverse exploration portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have had prior focus evaluating opportunities throughout North and South America and previous experience in the C-Suite of a highly followed exploration company. We’re looking for someone with a background in generative exploration that can bring new opportunities to the table, leveraging our Client’s cash position and technical team.

As the Company is based in Vancouver, the successful applicant will be required to live locally.
