Our client is an established and aggressive management group that currently oversees a number of publicly traded companies within the resource sector, and are currently in the process of moving forward with a new mining venture, of which they are seeking an entrepreneurial executive with a technical background to take the helm.
Working closely with the C.E.O, the incumbent will develop and oversee the strategic vision of the company and manage the day to day operations.The successful candidate will possess previous experience operating and leading at an executive level and will have a background in exploration. Ideally, the incumbent will have a market following and will have experience leading through all stages of the business: exploration, development, and production.
Our client has a robust treasury and is looking for a deal making type to grow the company, not only through the development of their flagship asset but also through acquistions.
