Scott MacPherson, Director
Mr. MacPherson brings a wealth of experience to The Mining Recruitment Group. He has been a leader in Global Executive Search and Selection having worked both in London and New York. In 2009 Mr. MacPherson joined the Board of The Mining Recruitment Group and helps oversee the strategic development of the company.
While in New York, Mr. MacPherson founded MacPherson Recruitment Group and worked with some of Wall Street's top Blue Chip companies, executing many board member and executive management level appointments. He also set up cohesive team platforms, and gained a reputation for orchestrating single firm team moves from client competitors.
Prior to founding MacPherson Recruitment Group in 2005, Mr. MacPherson worked for a prominent executive search and selection firm in London, England. As a Vice President, Mr. MacPherson was responsible for leading the Capital Markets Group and carried out many executive level assignments throughout Europe. Mr. MacPherson led the firm's expansion into North America through the opening of their New York operation.
